What is ZMS fee structure?

ZMS gets paid a commission fee by the professional team/club, never by our player-clients. ZMS only gets paid once a deal has been completed successfully.
How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way. At the outset, it is very helpful if the player can send over a highlight video for our team to review.
What makes you different?

ZMS is a specialty, or “boutique”, agency. Unlike other agencies, we do not aim to work with hundreds of players. Stevan works directly, 1-on-1, with all ZMS clients rather than delegating representation duties to junior, non FIVB-licensed, agents.
